Faithful+Gould’s - Client Satisfaction Leads to Extended
Improvement Programme
 Faithful+Gould’s
excellence in the social housing sector is well known, and having
just learnt that a three year contract has been extended for another
year, the Newcastle office of the project management and cost
consultancy is set to further reinforce this reputation.
Working with social housing provider NomadE5 for the past three
years, Faithful+Gould has helped to provide new kitchen and heating
systems to over 400 homes as project manager, quantity surveyor, CDM
co-ordination and partnering facilitator on the its Planned
Maintenance Partnering Arrangement.
Due to the high quality of work undertaken as part of this
commission by the whole partnering team, and impressive levels of
resident satisfaction, the team is celebrating the extension of the
contract into a fourth year. By March 2009, more than £3.5m will
have been invested by NomadE5 in providing Decent Homes for their
residents through this programme alone.
Associate Director, Sean McKeon, said:
“Our capability in the social housing sector is well known, having
provided similar services for North East housing providers, such as
Milecastle Housing, Sedgefield Borough Council, Derwentside Homes,
Castle Morpeth Housing, and Chester-le-Street District Council,
however, this is particularly significant for our team as we will be
continuing our longstanding relationship with NomadE5, which has
spanned the merger of Nomad Homes with Enterprise 5 Housing
Association, and their incorporation into the hugely successful ISOS
Group.

home-grown registered social landlords, providing housing and
related services to 10,000 customers living 5,000 homes across the
North East.
