Rok plc (LSE: ROK), the building and maintenance services group, is pleased to announce it has signed a five year framework agreement with BAA working on a number of building improvement projects valued between £2m and £20m. The award, which could be worth in the region of £130m, is in addition to the long term framework agreement Rok already has working in BAA’s UK airports on smaller improvement works. The new Commodity Build Framework will cover alterations, refurbishments and building work in service areas as well as those used by the public at Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted, Southampton, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
