NEW STYLE ADDED TO POPULAR JULIETTE RANGE
 Due to the resounding popularity of its Juliette balconies first
introduced in 2007, Alpha Rail has launched an exciting new style to
the range.
The Chatsworth range features an attractive diamante style to the
head, which gives an innovative geometric style, which are
increasing in popularity at the moment.
Alpha Rail, which is a bespoke metalwork manufacturer, now has six
stunning designs for homeowners and developers to choose from, all
of which are designed to make the most of natural light in their
properties. With many developers fitting patio doors or full height
windows at all levels, Juliette balconies enable residents to make
full use of the additional space they create.
With more people living in three storey townhouses and apartments
than ever before, Juliette balconies are becoming highly desirable
as they enhance the living space and increase the perceived value of
a development.
Phil Ball, Sales Director for Alpha Rail, explains: “The range has
been hugely popular since its launch last year. We are expecting a
strong response to this latest addition for homeowners and
developers who are looking to enhance their properties. Balconies on
the upper levels in a home are becoming more popular as developers
look for ways to make the most of their French doors.

The six Juliette balcony styles from Alpha Rail have been created to
complement both contemporary and more classic house and apartment
styles.
Manufactured from mild steel here in the UK, the Juliette balconies
are produced to the highest quality standards. The balconies are
available in five standard widths (1264mm, 1578mm, 1876mm, 2182mm
and 2488mm) and are 1100mm high, which complies with Building
Regulations Part K2.
The materials are galvanised to provide anti-corrosion properties
and the range is powder coated in a robust black finish as standard,
with customised colours available on request. The powder coating
contains no solvent and so is therefore more environmentally
friendly. All Juliette balconies from Alpha Rail come with a 10 year
manufacturer’s guarantee.
All these standard ranges are available within a 20 working day lead
time, from receipt of order, with delivery direct to site. Bespoke
designs are available on longer lead times.
