NEW BID MANAGER JOINS THE POWERMINSTER TEAM
 Steve Toulson has been appointed as Bid Manager by leading
refurbishment and maintenance contractor Powerminster Gleeson
Services.
Steve, who is a trained quantity surveyor, has spent the past 12
years working for a number of leading construction companies,
including Gleeson Regeneration. His roles have involved submitting
often complex bid applications for a wide range of social housing
and commercial projects.
Based at Powerminster Gleeson Services’ head office in Sheffield,
Steve will work with the rest of the bid team to help standardise
the estimating function and ensure a quick turnaround of quotations
to customers.
Steve is highly experienced in the preparation of tender documents
on behalf of major construction projects. He will also be working
alongside PFI Director David Bradbury to develop the Private Finance
Initiative side of the business.
