BIGGER means faster with H+H aircrete
 Building with aircrete gets even quicker with H+H’s new generation
of products for the Thin Joint System. H+H Multi Plates are a new
range of large format aircrete components for the manufacturer’s
expansion into commercial and industrial markets, as well as for
housing.
The 100mm-thick H+H Multi Plates come in a standard face size of
610mm x 375mm for optimised build speed. Each Multi Plate weighs
less than 20kg, which means that they can be safely handled manually
according to HSE guidelines.
H+H Multi Plates are manufactured to extremely tight dimensional
tolerances, supplied specifically for use with the Thin Joint System
bonding. Little or no levelling is required as the H+H Multi Plates
are laid, ensuring a quick and quality build.
Additionally, the use of Thin Joint System mortar and the bigger
building component means that a high level of airtightness can be
achieved, thus helping improve the energy performance of the
building when used in external walls or enhanced acoustic insulation
for separating walls.
H+H Multi Plates can be used to build fire-resistant leaves of
cavity external walls, separating and other internal walls in both
load-bearing and non load-bearing situations, as a
productivity-enhancing solution for construction markets in
education, health, retail, leisure and housing.
As part of the company’s expansion plans, H+H Multi Plates are sold
as whole-wall solutions with options priced to even include labour
costs through a network of approved contractors.
Being manufactured from aircrete, the new H+H Multi Plates combine
superior build speed and quality with the inherent advantages of the
aircrete material:

• Excellent fire, frost and sulphate resistance
• Strong and durable, yet lightweight for easy handling
• Thermal mass
• Very environmentally friendly using up 80% waste material in its
manufacture, as well as providing A+ rated construction solutions.
