The UK’s leading multi-technology renewable energy systems provider, Ecolution, is strengthening and expanding its sales team. Richard Jenkins has been appointed as Sales Director with Stuart Gentry and Caroline Savage appointed as new Commercial Accounts Managers.

The team will be based at Ecolution’s new office in Reading, which will serve West London, the Thames Valley, South West and Central England. The team will look to develop the renewable product and service proposition within the corporate sector.

Richard Jenkins has recently left his job as Sales and Marketing Director of Initial Washrooms. He has an impressive background and wealth of experience in sales and management with Bass Brewers, Mattel and Hallmark. Within these companies he implemented strategies that led to both higher turnover and profitability.

Stuart Gentry is an experienced and professional executive within the property, land and new homes sector. Most recently, Stuart was a Director for five years at a multi-million pound turnover real estate company that employed over 50 staff. His role involved developing new relationships with house builders, developers and land agents.

Caroline Savage joins Ecolution from an Investment Company where she was a property buyer responsible for negotiating the acquisition of land, property and new developments across the UK. Prior to this, she held various positions within the company’s real estate department, where her ability to regularly exceed sales targets ultimately gained her the position of Branch Manager. Before she began her successful career in property, Caroline was a New Business Manager for five years at an audio and visual conferencing company.

Alan Fry, Business Development Manager from Ecolution, commented: “Although the construction industry is currently experiencing a very challenging time; the increased awareness and demand for renewable installations has meant there is an expanding demand for our services.

“We have doubled the number of our Commercial Account Managers so there is greater geographic coverage to manage the increase in demand. I’m sure Richard Jenkins will lead our team to success within the renewable energy technology sector. The skills and knowledge within our sales function will ensure that we are able to service the construction and corporate sectors efficiently.”
