The results of a leading builders merchants customer satisfaction survey proved successful for the British Heart Foundation this week when a donation of £1 for every survey returned by customers was contributed to the cause.

Jackson Building Centres launched the incentivised customer survey scheme across all its 26 branches to find out what customers thought about the services it offers.

A total of 584 surveys were filled in equating to £584 being given to the British Heart Foundation, a charity Jackson Building Centres support on a regular basis.

Colin Bartleet, Marketing Manager at Jackson Building Centres commented: "Jackson Building Centres is committed to raising funds for the foundation and we are extremely grateful to all our loyal customers for the support they have given by returning the survey forms.

"The donation of £584 to the British Heart Foundation at this time of year is fantastic and we hope the funds will continue to help support the extremely worthwhile research the foundation works towards."

The charity are equally pleased to receive the donation.
