Wöhr Launches Online CPD Presentation with RIBA
 Wöhr,
the UK’s leading designer and supplier of mechanical parking
systems, has joined the RIBA Providers’ Network and launched an
Online CPD presentation.
Providing a comprehensive introduction to mechanical parking
systems, the presentation has been developed to give specifiers an
overview of the different types of systems available and their
respective features, as well as a general introduction to some key
design considerations.
With an increasing need for parking provision to be addressed at the
early stages of the design process, the presentation will help
specifiers identify which particular system is most appropriate for
their project needs, defining the key questions that need to be
considered.
The presentation also provides examples of completed projects,
demonstrating how building owners, architects and developers have
been able not only to increase the amount and density of parking,
but also to realise commercial benefits, adding value to
developments and significantly improving their saleability.
Individual case studies focus on the company’s range of Parklift
vertical stacking systems, Combilift semi-automatics and sliding
platforms.
